Good B-to-B lists are hard to find!
There are a lot of list owners and compilers out there who will tell you that their list is the best one out there. What that usually means is the data they have is the best they can do based upon the amount of money they have put into keeping their file current.
We’re not saying that the more money a list owner or compiler invests the better the file, however there does seem to be a correlation between the two.
More and more selections are being available to help better target your best prospects. For example we used to only get the name of the highest ranking person at a business (President, owner, etc.). Now we can drill down deeper to be able to get the name of true decisionmaker within a company. It’s no benefit to send a mailer to the president when the facilities manager is the person who buys your product or service.
While there are hundreds of select criteria available when targeting consumers, business list for the most part have less than 20. The way to be able to better target these prospects is to be creative. That’s what we do best!
